Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals is appointed to review appeals made by individuals with regard to decisions of the Zoning Administrator in the interpretation of the Land Use Section of the Grottoes Town Code.
The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five members who shall be appointed by the Town Council and approved by the Circuit Court of Rockingham County. No member shall hold any public office except that one member shall be a member of the Commission.
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the third Tuesday of the month, when needed, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Grottoes Town Hall.
